Andrea Jones, Founder and CEO
AJC is led by Andrea Jones, founder of AJC® Company and creator of the Executagility® Model. Andrea brings experience from major corporate environments including Intel, Genentech, and Honeywell, along with graduate education from MIT.
For 20 years, Andrea has helped small and mid sized businesses get access to the kind of execution discipline large companies often take for granted. Her focus is simple: help leaders prioritize the right work, put the right structure around it, and get the most important projects finished.
Andrea’s work is rooted in the belief that people should not have to choose between meaningful professional work and meaningful personal lives. That belief shapes how AJC serves clients and how AJC builds its own team.
