CTO, AI Developer
Alex Jones is Chief Technology Officer for AJC. In this role he develops and manages the company’s technology tools and client-facing proprietary software. Alex is an AI Developer with expertise in Claude Code, Codex, Python, and Java Script.
Previously Alex was a Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation where he led the deployment of lean-agile systems at scale and established Intel’s global Foundry Services business model. Prior to focusing on Intel Foundry and lean/agile, he spent 15 years in Intel’s manufacturing organization in various engineering and management roles. He has a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Oregon. Alex is certified in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ™) and is a Certified Scrum Master. He became certified as a software developer in Python and Java Script (among other), and now uses Claude Code, Codex, and other AI development tools to create value-added applications for AJC and our customers.
He is passionate about developing systems, technologies, and processes that bring benefits to organizations and the people working in them.
