AJC Company helps SMBs ($40-$400MM) select and implement ERP systems - we are agnostic, not representing any particular software.
Customers hire us when they don't have internal Project Managers, or really anyone with the bandwidth to keep this type of critical transformation project on track.
It is very rewarding, as our team fits well with this size company because we all have a professional background, but typically for reasons of raising children, find that part-time hours fit better with our lives.
That means we don't push billable hours on customers and instead focus on effective and efficient results as an interim team member within our clients' organizations.
Most of our customers are manufacturers (including biotech/pharma), distributors (including food & bev and heavy equipment), and technical/industrial service providers (servicing generators or underground piping).
They tend to be fairly industrial, though we do have a few professional services/SaaS businesses as customers.
